Join us on December 10th with 3x bestselling author, Kim MacGregor, for a one-of-a-kind lunch and learn that will explore a holistic approach for optimizing your overall health. This session will aim to help you minimize metabolic health issues, increase energy, improve sleep quality, manage weight easily, and reduce work-related stress.
Kim MacGregor is the founder of the global grassroots women’s movement “I Believe She’s Amazing,” which has garnered over 4 million views on YouTube; and a 3x best selling author with endorsements from Celine Dion. Kim’s passion for health and wellness stems from 2 critical life-changing inflection-points: Losing her mom to cancer when she was just 29, and two years later having her daughter born with the life threatening, genetic condition cystic fibrosis. Kim had a successful corporate career that spanned 20+ years, juggling 3 daughters in competitive dance, along with managing her eldest daughter’s health through multiple hospital visits. This was when she began to dive deeper into healing her daughter holistically. She became a brand ambassador for Arbonne alongside her corporate job 14 years ago, and retired from corporate 3 years later to run her global online business full time.
At 56 years old, Kim is in her best health 9-years post menopause and is on a mission to empower people to age gracefully, increase health span, reduce the risk of metabolic health and chronic disease, and navigate changes for women’s health during peri and post menopause.
