The challenge for all businesses is they  must explain and demonstrate the value they will give so well that people agree to their price before  they experience it. And real estate is no exception. Because the agreement to pay comes ahead of the delivery of any service or outcome, Realtors must master the art of presenting their  value. 

Value2 is an intensive step by step on both the Buyer and Seller side of your business ensuring that  every Functionary Task you perform is elevated to a Fiduciary Level. At the end of this 4-hour  training, you will walk away with your DNA on each aspect of your service to  your clients.

Developed by Gary, Jay and Jason in response to the recent US Litigation regarding Compensation,  this material has been adapted to recognize the changing landscape of services and compensation  in Ontario (and with the awareness that a similar Litigation was filed in the Superior Court of Ontario  in the Fall of 2023.)
