Hi KW Advantage, KW Energy and Experience,

We are excited to share that we are currently offering Virtual Assistant: Paperwork Services for all of our associates!

Are you wanting help with submitting paperwork to the Market Centre? Do you not prefer an ongoing support from Virtual Administrative individual? Then this Paperwork Services is perfect for you.

We will upload your paperwork into Command and follow up with you on outstanding documents.

This is a great option for those who do not want to learn Command (you already have a great CRM tool in place), perhaps you use a different CRM program and you just need to submit paperwork to the office to get paid, or if you are a Solo Agent and are not in a position yet to hire an Admin.

To get started, you would simply:
Create a Contact in Command
Create an Opportunity in Command
Complete the Transaction Information Sheet
Send all transaction documents (including the Transaction Information Sheet) via PDF (they can be one file, or multiple PDF’s – it doesn’t matter) to DealsAdmin@kwenergy.ca for KW Energy, deals@kwadvantage.ca for KW Advantage and deals@kw-experience.com for KW Experience.


Upon the closing of your Transaction, we’ll apply the $50 Paperwork Fee to your Trade ($50 per side of transaction).
