The Durham Landlord Association will be having a Trade Show where you can sit down one-on-one with:
1. Accountants to talk about Estate Planning & Capital Gains taxes, etc.
2. Commercial Lenders to talk about changes in lending, best options, etc.
3. A Paralegal to discuss any tenant issues you may have
4. Commercial Real Estate Agent to discuss how to evaluate your property and how to increase your NOI
There will be sign-up sheets outside of each meeting room for you to choose a time slot for your 1-on-1 meeting(s) on the day of.
We will also bring in dinner, and will have a chance to sit down and chat in a casual atmosphere.
