Today’s course is about spending. It’s important to know what we are spending, and in a shifted market, it’s even more essential. When we quickly shift from a seller’s to a buyer’s market the shift in cash flow is just as quick. Transactions slow down, both buyers and sellers momentarily retreat, and it feels like you’re working more for less money. This is the time for re-margining. In a shifting market, you need to connect with and nurture leads well enough to get them to the table to talk about whether they are ready to buy, sell, or invest in real estate
