Kicking off our Summer Camp: 36-12-3 Lead Generation is KWEx Top Agent, Guy Gagnon hosting the very first and essential topic in the field of real estate – Prospecting!

Learn the key strategies and techniques you can use to find potential clients and grow your business which include: Identifying your Target Market, Networking with Local Businesses, Develop an effective Referral System and such.

It’s definitely an exciting topic to kick off our KWEx Summer Camp.

  • July 19 – “Open Houses” with Host, Dan Kilcullen

Proven to be one of the most effective lead generation techniques for real estate agents is our 2nd topic for KWEx Summer Camp – Open Houses with Host, Dan Kilcullen.

Join us as we dig deep in this topic and its effectivity of nailing multiple purposes such as showcasing a property, connecting with potential buyers and generating leads.   • July 26 – “Working with Mets” with Host, Dan Kilcullen

Summer Camp for Agents 36-12-3 Lead Generation’s third session is about Working with Mets, hosted by Team Leader Alternate and KWEx Top Agent, Dan Kilcullen!

In this session, we’ll be focusing on working with METS (Mortgage Lenders, Escrow Officers, Title Companies and Home Inspectors). Building a solid and strong relationships with these professionals is crucial for generating leads and ensuring a smooth real estate transaction process.

  • August 9 – “Leveraging a Powerful Contact Database” with Host, Sarah Higgins

In this fourth session of Summer Camp 36-12-3 Lead Generation, we’ll be diving into the topic of Farming with host, KWEx Top Agent, Guy Gagnon!
