TRESA is going to take effect on December 1st, 2023.
We will be hosting a TRESA Member Guidance Webinar and OREA & TRESA Forms Training on the following dates:
- Thursday, Nov 30, 1:00 pm – TRESA Member Guidance Webinar
This Webinar will review:
- Overview of new and revised 2024 Forms and Clauses
- Discussing how Forms & TRESA will impact Member trading activity as of December 1, 2023
- Listing Form content to explain CREA’s new MLS® 3-day upload policy
- Trending Member Forms & TRESA conversations
- Tuesday, Dec 5, 1:00 pm – OREA & TRESA Forms followed by Q&A (Live at KWEX Training Room and via Google Meet)
We will be reviewing all the forms that have been affected by the new TRESA changes, new brokerage policies, and which forms will be mandatory in trading moving forward.
This class is intended to be supplementary to the previous two OREA Tresa classes on Nov 28th and Nov 30th and not in replacement of it.
